Requirements

  • Master's degree in Social Work (MSW).
  • Active LICSW or LCSW — Rhode Island mental health license.
  • Experience providing psychotherapy to adolescents and/or adults.
  • Strong clinical assessment and documentation abilities.
  • EHR proficiency (SimplePractice experience preferred but not required).
  • Comfort with both in-person and telehealth sessions.
  • A caring, collaborative, culturally responsive, client-centered approach.

Compensation.

$45–$55 per hour, based on your experience.
